this spacer pad is used in a crosswise arrangement in the wood and aluminium sectors, wherever the need arises for a pad with a larger contact surface area in vertical and horizontal stacking.

STARFLEX 810

the use of these pads is often needed for packaging swing doors and garage doors.
In this large variety of packaging processes in which the load bearing capacities are considerable STARFLEX 810 and STARFLEX 820 can be used optimally.
The frame maker will of course employ LORENZ products according to professional criteria concerning the most appropriate size of pad for the type of packaging to be carried out, the working processes used on the product being packaged, the paint finish, the weight of the product as well as based on other production and environmental factors.

STARFLEX 305

STARFLEX 305 (30X30X5 mm)
this is currently the smallest spacer pad in the STARFLEX line but at the same time suitable for a variety of uses. Here are just a few:

-    Within production departments, when moving from one section to another and during the working processes. In order to obtain, with this type of pad, minimum spacing between different products, with a limited contact surface area.

-    In the paint shop for keeping apart products that have already been painted and as an essential packaging component when handling them.

-    STARFLEX 305 pads can also be used for spacing in the double glazing sector, for shop windows, heavy glazed units, bulletproof glass and a whole host of other applications.

This pad is recommended in applications where a greater contact surface area is required than is provided by the STARFLEX 305 spacer pad.
